Define what each piece of content should do

A post can introduce a brand, explain a service or invite someone to request a consultation. Evaluation starts with that objective. Judging every post only by likes loses the connection to why it was created.

Engagement shows that people interacted with content. It can signal interest, but does not prove that someone booked or bought.

Two objectives, one readable report

For brand growth, track relevant audience reach, interest in your business name, profile visits and the quality of responses. Compare similar content and watch trends over time.

For lead generation, track valid enquiries, qualification, bookings, attended appointments and sales where data is available. A click is not a customer; a sale during a campaign should not automatically be attributed to the advertising.

Connect marketing with the team that responds

A campaign can generate interest and still lose opportunities when messages go unanswered. Assign an owner, a shared recording method and a regular review of why contacts do not move forward.

A monthly report should show investment, outcomes, missing data and what changes next. This gives the clinic or company a clearer basis for decisions.

Choose the service for the actual gap

If the identity is unclear, start with branding. If enquiries are missing, examine the offer and lead generation. If contacts get lost during follow-up, improve the CRM. Services can be commissioned separately or combined in a package with defined responsibilities.
