Who we are (data controller)
The data controller for this website is Azure Dentify Marketing, Kompleksi Olimpik, Tirana, Albania (email: contact@azuredentifymarketing.com; tel.: +355 68 218 9172).
For any question about your data, write to us at contact@azuredentifymarketing.com.
What data we collect
We collect only what we need to run the website and to answer you.
- Data you give us: clinic name, contact person, email, phone number (optional), market, goal and your message, when you contact us through the form, email, phone or social media.
- Technical data: like any website, the server hosting this site may automatically log your IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, for security and operation.
When you submit the contact form, the data is transmitted in encrypted form to the website's server, which forwards it by email to our team through an email delivery provider. We do not store it in a website database; it stays in our mailbox. If the service is temporarily unavailable, the form may offer to send the message from your email application.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels or profiling, and it does not load third-party tracking services. If we add such tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Health data
The website is addressed to clinics and professionals, not to patients. Please do not send health data or patient information through the form or by email. Health data is a special category of data and requires additional protection.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiries and preparing a proposal (steps prior to entering into a contract, or performing it).
- Business communication and website security (our legitimate interest, balanced against your rights).
- Legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules, once we start working together.
- Your consent, where required (for example to send you informational material), which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, and we do not sell your data.
Who we share data with
We share data only where needed, with:
- the provider hosting the website (Vercel Inc.);
- the service provider that sends the contact form emails (Resend);
- the email and communication service providers we use for our work;
- professional advisers (accountants, lawyers), where necessary;
- public authorities, where the law requires it.
We ask these recipients to protect the data with appropriate measures.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Albania and the European Economic Area (for example in the USA). In these cases we rely on the safeguards provided by Law No. 124/2024 and the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are usually deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Documents related to contracts and accounting are kept for the periods required by applicable law. Technical logs are kept for a short time by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access to your data;
- request its correction;
- request its erasure;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- request data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@azuredentifymarketing.com. We will reply within the deadlines set by law, usually one month. We may ask you to verify your identity.
Complaints
If you believe your data is being handled in breach of the law, you may complain to the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idp.al) or, if you live in the EU, to the supervisory authority of your country. Please contact us first so we can resolve the matter together.
Patient data we handle for clinics
When we provide services to dental clinics (for example Meta Ads campaigns, enquiry forms, CRM), the clinic is the controller of patient and prospect data, and we act as a processor: only on the clinic's documented instructions and under a data processing agreement.
That processing is governed by the relevant clinic's privacy notice, not by this policy. Health data is treated as a special category, with access limited to people who need it.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS), limited access and the use of services with security standards. No system is infallible, but we work continuously to reduce risks.
Minors
The website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
External links
The website may contain links to third-party sites (for example Instagram, Facebook, legal sources). We do not control their privacy policies and recommend that you read them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The latest version is published here, with the date of the update.
